Introducing the Storyteller

I am an artist and writer of fiction and non-fiction. I grew up in high-control evangelical churches and attended a conservative evangelical college. In some of my writing, I have identified coercive control tactics used by evangelical churches and other institutions, and I have worked to develop ways to counter these tactics. These collage re/compositions are the most recent way I have chosen to talk back to some of the harmful teachings from my youth.
